Zach Mitchell is a character who first appears in the film *Jurassic World* (2015). He is the elder son of Karen and Scott Mitchell, and the older brother of Gray.
During the events of *Jurassic World*, Zach and Gray visit Isla Nublar to spend time with their aunt, Claire Dearing, the park's operations manager. However, Zach is more interested in girls and his phone than spending time with his family.
As the Indominus Rex escapes and chaos ensues, Zach is forced to put aside his disinterest and work together with Gray to survive. They display surprising resourcefulness and resilience in the face of danger.
